Es spielen die jeweils beiden bestplatzierten Mannschaften jeder Vorrundenstaffel in einer einfachen Runde um die Regionsmeisterschaft, ohne Mitnahme der Ergebnisse aus der Vorrunde. Die Plätze 1 und 2 nehmen an der HVS-Bestenermittlung teil.
